I’m not a fan of traditional Christmas puddings so I created a chocolate one! A chocolate sponge crammed with Belgian milk, dark and white chocolate chips with a chocolate buttercream dollop. Placed on top is a white sugarpaste splat mimicking sauce with a holly decoration and dark chocolate chips to finish. Far superior!
